Young patrons can visit anytime between 9:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to select a book and bookmark, and share why they love reading with the new Children’s Specialist, Deb Spurrier.

Young Readers' Book Club

Young Readers Club is a book discussion group for readers age nine through twelve. The group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from September through November and January through May.
You must be pre-registered to attend this program.
Students will be provided with books that they will read and discuss with the group. They will also enjoy a craft, game, or activity and a snack based upon themes relevant to the particular book selected for the program. If interested please contact Deb Spurrier at 301-334-3996 ext. 104.
