Grantsville Library Starts LEGO® Club
The Grantsville Library is starting a LEGO® Club for children ages 4 and up, to meet the fourth Monday of each month from 6 - 7 p.m. The first meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 27. Each session will focus on a theme, introduced before the building begins. Staff may photograph and/or display completed builds in the library. Registration for this free program is requested by contacting the library at 301-895-5298 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Whether your child is an avid builder or a first timer,” notes children’s specialist Hannah Byler, “the library offers a safe play environment with other children. We provide the Legos, and also Duplo blocks for the younger children, so please leave your own blocks at home. We don’t want you to lose your favorite pieces.”
Although the library has purchased a collection of Legos, it is accepting donations from anyone with Legos to spare.
